Use of Commissioned Art

  • All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may share commissioned work on other platforms as long as proper credit is given.

  • Commissioned work cannot be sold, minted, or used as a non-fungible token (NFT), nor used for advertising/promoting these products.

  • I retain the rights to display any commissioned artwork on social media or within a portfolio unless otherwise requested.

Payment

  • Payment is upfront via PayPal.

  • Full refunds are only available if you cancel your order before I have started drawing it. Otherwise, orders canceled in the sketch stage will receive a 50% refund, or no refund if canceled beyond that point.

  • Pricing may vary from the listed options based on design complexity.

Process

  • Visual reference is required - I will not design characters from scratch, but dollmakers/picrews with adjustments are fine

  • Communication will take place via email for process pictures, references, etc.

  • Progress updates will be given for major progress points when applicable (sketch, colors, rendering).

  • Major revisions may be requested in the sketch stage. After the sketch is approved, only small edits will be considered.

  • I often take stylistic/artistic liberties when drawing creatures (Pokemon especially), so please let me know if you want me to draw strictly on-model.
